Services & Fees

Note: I do not take insurance.

Individual therapy

I work with individuals 18+. My fee for sessions is $175. I do not take insurance (read about that here) but can provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network coverage (please check with your plan to see if they provide this). I have a limited number of sliding scale slots for multiply marginalized folks.

Group therapy

I occasionally run groups for folks dealing with chronic illness/medical conditions, and IFS-based growth groups. If you’d like to be on a list for the next round, let me know in your message here. Fees for group therapy range from $30-70 per session based on your financial situation.

Location

In my Minneapolis-based therapy practice, I offer sessions via video or phone. I have no plans to return to in-person therapy at this time. I offer virtual therapy in Minnesota.
